You are responsible for any taxes, levies or duties applicable to your winnings in your jurisdiction. pk336 does not deduct or remit taxes on your behalf unless required to do so by applicable law. Any payment processing fees charged by your payment provider are not pk336's responsibility.
pk336 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. These General Terms apply to all bonuses unless superseded by promotion-specific rules.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Where a bet has been accepted due to a manifest error — including obviously incorrect odds, system malfunction or data feed error — pk336 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. We will act reasonably and promptly to identify and communicate such situations.
Bets may be voided in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension due to external factors, evidence of match-fixing, data feed failure or a technical error in bet acceptance. Voided bets result in the return of the original stake to your Account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets — including real-time cricket odds for PSL, ICC and T20 events — are subject to rapid price changes and may be suspended or closed at any time during an event. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted, it stands at the odds recorded at the time of acceptance unless a void condition applies.
Casino games, slots and instant games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical game outcomes streamed in real time. You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. We will process your closure request promptly.
